Should you wish to initiate a return, we strive to streamline the process for you. Upon authorization, expect to receive clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and if necessary, a pre-paid shipping label via email.

We can limit returns/exchanges to reasonable amount of times per customer to keep our commitment to sustainability and produce less waste. We believe in a synergetic relationship with our customers and trust that they will exercise reason when requesting returns/exchanges. Restocking Fee Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized or opened items. Should a return be approved, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to cover the costs associated with restocking and processing. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the highest standards of quality and exclusivity in every Gressa creation.

No worries, we've got you covered. Here is how to initiate a return/exchange:
1. Log into your account (you cannot initiate a return/exchange without an account)
2. Scroll to the bottom of your Account page and complete Return/Exchange Authorization Form. Please, refer to our what is eligible or not eligible for a return/exchange below.
3. Wait 48 hours to hear from us with an approval/denial of your request with further directions.
Please note, we will not process any returns/exchanges without the above listed steps.
What's eligible for return?
Our entire collection is returnable, except for The Color Box and our digital gift card. Eligible items must have been directly purchased from gressaskin.com within the last 30 days. For items falling outside of these parameters, please contact us at concierge@gresaskin.com for further assistance.
What's not eligible for refund?
Orders placed during promotional events, with discount codes, where complimentary products were received cannot be returned or credited. Additionally, The Color Box and our digital gift card are non-returnable or eligible for credit. Returns for products purchased through our retail partners cannot be processed; refunds, exchanges, or store credit are exclusively available for purchases made through gressaskin.com.
Do we accept international returns?
Absolutely! We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction regardless of your location. International clients seeking returns should email us directly at hello@gresaskin.com for available options. Please note, international shipping charges (a $30 flat rate for orders under $200) are non-refundable.
Need to cancel an order before it ships?
Our returns portal is designed for fulfilled orders. If your package hasn't left our hear quarters and you need to cancel, please email us immediately at hello@gresaskin.com.

Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed during promotions and holidays may take 3-4 business days to process.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 10:00 AM EST.
