We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Gressa Skin purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to and let us know why you want to return your product. We will email you further directions on how to return your item.
Note: We will not accept returns without this initial contact. Refunds can only be issued within 30 days of receipt of orders. After 30 days of receiving your product, we can issue you store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, including the email correspondence with our exchanges team, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).
