Every order is prepared by hand in our Colorado atelier. Shipping is complimentary on every order within the United States, and worldwide on orders of $150 and up.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and typically leave the atelier within one to two business days. During launches, promotions, and holidays, please allow three to four. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are prepared the following Monday. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Good to Know
- Delivery estimates. Delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is in the carrier's hands.
- Your address. We ship to the address as entered at checkout. Please review it carefully — parcels returned or reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a shipping charge.
- Duties and taxes. International parcels may be assessed customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees on arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. A parcel refused at customs is refunded less shipping and any charges incurred.
- Customs clearance. International transit times do not include time held in customs, which is outside our control.
- Where we ship. We ship to most countries worldwide. We are currently unable to deliver to Spain or Mexico.

Been using for a while. At night I use pineapple serum and purifying oil and if I’m going out in the very cold weather. I like to use just purifying oil by it self or putting on Gressa foundation. My skin feels moisturized and smooth

I've been using this, at night over my retinol cream, and in the morning under my Gressa foundation. I use a TINY amount, like 2 drops, for my face and neck. I don't use this on my forehead because my bangs get pretty oily when I do. After about a month of use, my skin is looking very healthy and even, though it's too soon to know if it helps much with wrinkles. The oil absorbs quickly without making me look shiny. It's a great product!

To be quite honest, I had never heard of Gressa before a few weeks ago. I happened to be doing a bit of online research on natural beauty products and came across an article that talked about this particular line and then went to their website. I was so really impressed by the information on how the individual products are formulated, free of paragons, sulfates, palates, and not tested on animals. I also like how the line is kept small - almost like a curated collection. I purchased two products plus a sample of the custom shade foundation. The Purifying Oil is really lovely. The smell is lightly sweet but not obnoxious at all (and I'm sensitive to smell) and the oil is not greasy at all. I tend to be on the dry side but I find it so moisturizing that five drops warmed in my hand are enough for my entire face, neck and chest area. The bottle may be small but don't be fooled - it is powerful! I really love this stuff.
